Terms of Service

These terms apply to all work carried out by Excavation 1 Pty Ltd (ABN 67 626 669 618).

Quotes

All quotes are provided in writing after a free on-site assessment. Written quotes are valid for 30 days. Any change to the scope of work agreed in the quote will be discussed and confirmed in writing before additional work begins.

Scope and site access

Quotes are based on the conditions visible at the time of assessment. Unforeseen ground conditions, hidden services, or restricted access issues that arise on site may require a variation. We will always discuss any variation with you before proceeding.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed in the written quote. Invoices are issued on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Insurance

Excavation 1 carries public liability insurance. Certificates of currency are available on request.
